Hotel was in a quiet area away from the busy streets. Walkin distance to the shoppin area n resaurants. They said charges were applicable to use wifi but the guy at the reception gave us free wifi. Special thanks to one receptionist who really helped us to get to the hotel as it wasn't easy to find. Breakfast was ok.
Hotel was hard to find. The lift in the hotel was a nightmare. My wife and I almost had an heart attack. All Italian channels on tv. But that's ok I guess since we arnt there to watch tv anyways.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good - some pastries and simple cheese/meats, room was ok, informative and helpful regarding water levels and flooding, gave suggestions for restaurants, shower was good!
We had an early departure and staff could have been a little more accommodating about breakfast, mirror in the room was unclean.

Loved the location, easy to find and in a lovely section of the island. the family room was of a good size and the corner room view was just what we would of wanted of a stay in Venice. The breakfast was as little or as much as you wanted Overall a pleasant stay.
There are a couple of little things which would put more of our ratings at excellant. A stand up shower would be more appreciated Hot drinking facilities in the room and finally it would be lovely if there were a couple of tables outside in the courtyard so that you could relax after a busy day sitting in the sunshine having a drink.
